These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FilingFox website and services. By creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Who we are — and are not

FilingFox is a business-services company that prepares and files company-formation and related documents on your behalf. We are NOT a law firm or an accountancy firm, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

Our services

We assist with US LLC and corporation formation, UK limited company formation, EIN/ITIN applications, registered-agent service, business addresses, trademark applications, and related filings, as described on the relevant service pages. Exactly what is included depends on the package and add-ons you select at checkout.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the information you submit and for ensuring your business activities are legal. You must not use our services for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and are quoted as all-in service fees that, where stated, include government filing fees. Government fees are set by the relevant authority and may change. Recurring services (such as registered agent or business address) renew annually unless cancelled. All fees are due in advance.

Refunds

Because we begin work and incur government fees shortly after you order, fees for work already performed and government fees already paid are generally non-refundable. If we have not yet submitted your filing, contact us at info@filingfox.com and we will review your request in good faith.

Processing times

Timeframes we quote are estimates. Government processing times are outside our control and can vary by state, country and season. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies or by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

Third-party services

Some services involve third parties (government registries, payment processors, banking and identity-verification partners). Their actions, approvals and timelines are outside our control and may be subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

The website, its content and the FilingFox name and logo are our property and may not be used without permission. Documents we prepare for you are yours to use for your business.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information, or use the services unlawfully.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
