What other options do we have for address?

  1. Purchase a property in the USA which would cost you in Millions of Dollars.
  2. Rent a small Office or Apartment which would cost you at least $1500-$2500 per month.
  3. Request a relative or friend if they are willing to let you use their address for your Commercial Activities. For a Physical High Street Bank Account, You will require SSN or ITIN and you will have to Visit the USA personally to get it opened.

Alternatively, You can request a trusted person residing in the USA to Open An Account on Behalf of your Company acting as an Authorised Representative such as Manager or a Member.

We do not provide Physical Bank Account Services.

At first, We file your LLC and the Pre Requisites. It takes 4-10 Working Days on average.

Once LLC is ready, We apply for the EIN. If you have SSN, EIN can be acquired within 1 Business Day but if you are a Foreigner with no SSN, It takes 7-15 Working Days depending on the Department Backlog. Sometimes, We may have to re-apply if the IRS misses our application due to their systematic issues.

Once we have the EIN, We apply for your Permit which can take as much time as the EIN or sometimes even more depending on the State delays. At the same time, We apply for your Bank Account which take 1-2 days usually and your Amazon account which can take 1-4 Working days as well.

All in All, The Process can span to a duration of 25-45 Working Days depending on the choice of State and the Current State/Government processing times.

Putting it in Simple terms, A Registered Agent is Basically just an Address located in the state where you will be forming your Company.

Why the need?

Every State requires new entities to have Same state address in order to receive State notices. For example, If you reside in a different Country and you want to establish an entity in a state, Let’s say New York or Texas. You will be legally required to have a New York based Address acting as the Registered Agent for your New York Company and a Texas based address for your Texas Company.

If you already live in the state or possess an address of the state where you want to form your entity, You don’t need a Registered Agent service separately. Your address can be your Registered Agent.

3. Arranging Documents

Deciding for a Company name sounds easy but it actually isn’t.

You should brainstorm names that aren’t too Simple, Possibly names that aren’t a single word. Ex: Wood Mart, Shopping Arena, Shoes Heaven etc

While it isn’t necessary for a Company name and Domain name to be same, We advise that you try to keep it as similar as possible. Manually search for domain name availability on godaddy.com  and once you find a name that has a matching or similar domain available (Domain shouldn’t cost more than $10), Shortlist the name and provide it to us.

LLC (Limited Liability Company) is a unique hybrid entity that combines the simplicity of a sole proprietorship with the liability protections offered by starting a corporation. It’s easier & Cheaper to maintain in terms of Filing requirements and Taxation. It is a pass-through entity, with no double taxation. It provides Liability Protection as well. LLC has no tax of it’s own, rather It is taxed as a Sole Proprietorship, Which reflects on the Tax Returns of the Owner/Owners. LLC can have multiple members too.

INC (C Corporation) on the other hand is a standalone entity which allows you to have shares, multiple shareholders, And requires a Board to collectively manage the company. Corporations are subject to Corporate Federal and State taxes but can pay wages to the Owners/Shareholders unlike LLC where an Owner cannot claim wages or declare Retained Income. Corporation owners have to file for Personal Taxes Alongside Corporate Tax returns of Company which is quite costly and can take Taxation to the roof. It is suitable for Medium to High valued businesses only. C Corporations can have foreign shareholders too and are subject to Double Taxation.

An  S Corporation (Have to be elected to be treated as such) is also a Corporation but with the perks of LLC as it is also a Pass-Through entity with no Double Taxation and it is not Subject to Corporate Taxes. S Corporation cannot have Foreign based Shareholders.
