We initiate the process by submitting your LLC application to the state along with the Pre-requisites. It usually takes 2-10 working days on
average. (Varies state by state)
Once your LLC is approved and received, We apply for the EIN. If the owner of the LLC has a SSN, EIN can be acquired within 1 business day but if the owner is a foreigner with no SSN, It takes around 10-15 working days depending on the department backlog. Sometimes, We may have to reapply the EIN if the IRS misses our application due to their procedural flaws.
After receiving your EIN, We finally apply for your permit/resale certificate (if applicable) which could take as low as 3-15 business days or sometimes even more depending on the state delays.
At the same time, We will schedule Bank/Marketplace signup consultation call with the client to apply Bank Account which take 1-2 days usually and your amazon account which could take 1-4 working days as well.
All in All, The process can span to a duration of 25-45 working days depending on the choice of package, state and the current State/Government processing times.
